Interior products’ net work services renewed!
At the store, only in Finnish, consumers can familiarise themself with Kokoa interior products, search for interior decoration ideas for their home, acquaint themselves with the installation of the boards through the installation video and order the products for delivery to their door.
Koskisen’s Brand Coordinator Joona Kallinen says that the store has attracted a lot of people.
- It is an excellent start especially considering that Koskisen has not had any similar forms of electronic commerce before. Our expectations have been cautious concerning the online store and it is still kind of an experiment for us. Later on there may be other Koskisen’s products available in the store alongside our interior products.
According to Joona Kallinen the most important sales channel is still our retailers in spite of the online store, which complements the retailers’ services.
- A person sitting at their computer can easily see the colours, sizes and quantities available as well as the sizes and prices of the example walls in the store. It is meant to be a place where ideas and inspirations can be found for decorating their home.
