The most important link in our quality chain is listening to the customer
The world-wide recession threw the Finnish export industry into turmoil. Since then the first signs of recovery in the demand for exports have grown stronger and along with them our order books.. At the moment it looks like the worst of the recession has, for our part, been passed and we can start rebuilding our operations to their previous levels.
The economic situation of Koskisen group worsened because of the recession. We will have to live very sparingly for the next few years and ensure that the most is made of our investments. However, our situation is in principal a good one The business of our long-term customers is in the most part growing. The quality of our products and operations are in good shape as are our factories.. In addition, the image of wooden products is growing because of climate discussions.
Our success will come from the future success of our customers.. All our operations will have to be based on growing the added value that the customer receives. Our products, services and ability to solve our customers’ problems are at the centre of our commitment.
